目標(biāo):1、知識(shí)目標(biāo):words: comment suggestion album personal special sentences: What should I get…? How/What about…? Why don’t you …? That’s /They’re….
2、情感目標(biāo):關(guān)心別人,可以送小禮物表達(dá)關(guān)愛(ài),但不能太貴了。
3、技能目標(biāo):提高英語(yǔ)聽(tīng)說(shuō)讀寫(xiě)的能力。

教學(xué)設(shè)計(jì):
Step 1 Revision
Teacher says“It was my birthday last Sunday .I had a party at home.Some of my friends came to my party. What presents did I receive ? Can you guess?”Ss have a brainstorm by saying all kinds of presents. Write down the present while saying “Yes, I got it.”
通過(guò)頭腦風(fēng)暴猜生日禮物讓學(xué)生復(fù)習(xí)盡可能多的名詞。
Step 2 Presentation
Point to the names of the presents, ask ss What do you thinkof these presents?Give your comments.Write down comments and cheap,interestingboring,expensive under it.Teacher gives the example by saying“A scarf is too boring. A camera is too expensive.”Then ask ss to give their comments.Present the neords personal and special.
對(duì)這些禮物進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)自然地呈現(xiàn)新單詞。通過(guò)以上兩個(gè)步驟處理了1a,并進(jìn)行了適當(dāng)?shù)耐卣埂=滩闹谐霈F(xiàn)的單詞太少,不能滿足學(xué)生練習(xí)的需要。通過(guò)對(duì)教材的拓展,不僅更多地復(fù)習(xí)了以前學(xué)過(guò)的名詞,而且也為后面學(xué)生進(jìn)行練習(xí)做好了鋪墊。這是符合學(xué)生的認(rèn)知水平并能更好地為本節(jié)的教學(xué)服務(wù)。
Step 3 Presentation
y daughter’s birthday is coming. What should I get her? Can you give me some suggestions.Write down suggestion on the Bb.Ask ss to repeat.

Ask several ss the same question.Then ask ss to ask you for suggestions.
Present Why don’t you get him/her …?
用自己女兒的生日設(shè)置情景,呈現(xiàn)新的語(yǔ)句What should I get…?。讓學(xué)生尋求建議,再呈現(xiàn)Why don’t you get him/her …?師生間的角色轉(zhuǎn)換更好地呈現(xiàn)了新的語(yǔ)言。
Step 4 Watching and listening
Watch a short film .Answer the questions: What are they talking
about? What is she going to do?
Then do 1b. Listen and write down the gifts before the comments.
增加了外的和教學(xué)內(nèi)容有關(guān)的一段視頻。比1b的難度要低,使教學(xué)內(nèi)容有梯度。通過(guò)整合多媒體,也增強(qiáng)了教學(xué)的趣味性,可以提高學(xué)生的興趣。同時(shí)也豐富了聽(tīng)力的內(nèi)容,這符合語(yǔ)言習(xí)得的規(guī)律。對(duì)1b的內(nèi)容處理也做了改變,不是寫(xiě)出序號(hào)而是寫(xiě)出禮物名稱,這樣更加充分地利用語(yǔ)言材料,可以更好地突破重難點(diǎn)。
Step 5 Pairwork
Practise the dialogue in 1c. Then think of a friend or a family

1c和2c整合在一起,根據(jù)學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)情況,內(nèi)容相似的可以整合在一起。這一步驟通過(guò)兩人合作對(duì)新的語(yǔ)言進(jìn)行實(shí)踐練習(xí)。既培養(yǎng)了學(xué)生合作學(xué)習(xí)的習(xí)慣,也實(shí)現(xiàn)了語(yǔ)言的交際性。使學(xué)生在完成任務(wù)的過(guò)程中學(xué)會(huì)使用語(yǔ)言,符合任務(wù)型教學(xué)提出的learning by doing的教學(xué)理論。
Step 6 Listen and fill in the blanks
Read the passage for the ss to fill in the blanks. Then ask them to read the passage.
It is other’s Day next Sunday. John plans to give his mother a gift.What should he get her? He has no idea. He asks his classmates for suggestions. He gets many ideas from his classmates,but he thinks some are good and some are not. For example, a scarf is too personal. A CD is too cheap. A book is too boring. A ring is too expensive. He thinks a photo album is good because his mother likes to take photos very much.
與教學(xué)內(nèi)容密切相關(guān)的閱讀內(nèi)容,介紹了外國(guó)學(xué)生母親節(jié)打算給母親送禮物,向同學(xué)尋求建議的情況。既突出了本節(jié)的重點(diǎn),也注重了化意識(shí)的滲透,一舉多得。
Step 7 Writing
Write a short passage about the presents you have ever received.You can begin like this: I have received many presents.y father gave me a dictionary.I think it’s too boring. …
學(xué)了新的語(yǔ)言知識(shí)應(yīng)該要落實(shí)到寫(xiě),所以要及時(shí)把知識(shí)落實(shí)到筆頭表達(dá)。
Step 8 Homework
Think about what the best gift is you have ever received.
