新目標八年級下冊Unit 6 How long have you been collecting shells?設計

一、 內容及分析

本單元圍繞“談論人們做某事持續(xù)多長時間”和“談論人們的業(yè)余愛好”這兩個話題,設計了相關的語言情境。SectionA 1a-2c首先以圖畫開篇,圖畫介紹了本單元的語言目標,即現在完成進行時的用法,然后設計了聽力活動、倆倆對話活動以及小組活動,從聽說角度訓練了本單元的核心句型。在Grammar Focus 中歸納總結了現在完成進行時和一般過去時。SectionA3a-4提供了運用現在完成進行時所進行的讀、寫、說的一系列練習,進一步強化了這一語法項目。SectionB1a-2b先通過填寫“自己收集的物品”和“希望收集的物品”,呈現了聽力活動中所要用到的詞匯;然后設計了兩個聽力活動,分別從兩個層面,從宏觀到細節(jié),幫助學生掌握現在完成進行時的意義,結構和用法。2c-4b設計的活動,則通過說、讀、寫的活動,談論人們的業(yè)余愛好以及談論收藏某物多長時間,對現在完成進行時態(tài)的運用能力進行了綜合訓練,旨在幫助學生創(chuàng)造性的掌握運用現在完成進行時態(tài)的能力。Self Check 部分讓學生通過活動1、2 對自己的詞匯運用能力及語言綜合運用能力進行自我評價。課后閱讀介紹了一位名叫利奧的澳大利亞人在中國黑龍江省哈爾濱邊任教邊學中國歷史的經歷,表達了對中國身后的感情。


本單元主要語言功能項目是談論人們做某事持續(xù)多長時間,語法結構為 How long have you been doing ...?和How long did you do...?根據新課改的理念: 教育要以人為本,促進人的發(fā)展,要關注學生,關注過程,關注發(fā)展。而要體現這個基本理念,就需要合理的使用教材,合理的整合教材,所以我把SectionA1b,1c,2a,2b,2c,Grammar Focus做為第一課時;3a, 3b, 4為第二課時;Section B 1a,2a,2b,2c,3a,3b,4a 為三課時;Self Check 為第四課時;Reading 為第五課時。既遵循了學生的認知水平,又符合學生的學習心理。

二、學習者特征分析 初二的學生已有一定的語言基本功,比如:-Whth’s your hobby?-I like… -What sport do you play? ? When did you start?等句型都已學過,在這基礎之上再去學習新的目標語言,這樣能夠激發(fā)學生的學習欲望,從而樂于參與語言實踐活動,為英語學習營造良好的課堂學習氛圍,為完成教學目標奠定了良好的基礎。

三、單元整體目標分析1、知識與能力:(1)重點詞匯:collect, marathon, skate, pair, since, raise, several, stamp, kite, anyone, store, cake, coin, be interested in,capital,thousand, quite,miss等。

重點句型:- How long have you been skating? -I’ve been skating since nine o’clock.

-When did you start skating ? -I started skating at nine o’clock.

(2)掌握現在完成進行時特殊疑問句及回答,以及對現在完成進行時態(tài)的感悟和運用,區(qū)分for\since的用法。

(3) 談論人們的業(yè)余愛好。

2、情感態(tài)度與價值觀:用英語積極交流日常感興趣的話題,體驗交流的興趣。通過運用課文中的重點句型去交流。

四 、重點難點1重點詞匯:collect, marathon, skate, pair, since, raise, several, stamp, kite, anyone, store, cake, coin, be interested in,capital,thousand, quite,miss等。

2句型:How long have you been skating? I’ve been skating since nine o’clock.

When did you start skating ? I started skating at nine o’clock.

3會寫求職信。4掌握現在完成進行時態(tài)用法。 5 區(qū)別since ,for 的用法。

五、教法選擇、學法指導

《英語課程標準》倡導“任務型”的教學途徑,其最終目的是培養(yǎng)學生綜合運用英語的能力。所以我把具體的“任務”貫穿與整個教學活動中,主要是通過聽、說、讀、寫來培養(yǎng)學生的英語交際能力,用知識能力,良好的閱讀習慣和閱讀技能,還有就是學生的合作精神,學會聆聽和分享別人的資源?偠灾囵B(yǎng)了學生的認知策略,調控策略,交際策略和資源策略。

一、教材內容分析

本節(jié)是本單元的第一課時,學好本課將對整個單元的學習起著引領的作用,并能增強學習的自信心,激發(fā)學生繼續(xù)參與學習的熱情。本節(jié)課主要任務是讓學生認識現在完成進行時及其表達法,即have\has been doing,以及初步感悟現在完成時態(tài)的意義,“ 表示動作從過去某一時間開始,一直持續(xù)到現在,可能還要繼續(xù)持續(xù)下去”。正確運用for\since.除此之外就是學生的聽,說的能力。

本節(jié)課是在學生初步學習現在完成進行時態(tài)的基礎上,通過閱讀,對話進一步加深對現在完成時態(tài)的理解和運用。在對話的過程中再現了一般過去時態(tài),通過比較,弄清楚兩種時態(tài)的用法。
