一、商務(wù)英語(yǔ)口語(yǔ)之電話會(huì)議準(zhǔn)備

電話會(huì)議的英文是conference call。如果你是新手,不怎么熟悉電話工具,打電話前一定要充分學(xué)習(xí)電話軟件的特點(diǎn),各個(gè)功能鍵的用法,防止正式電話會(huì)議中出洋相。另外,在打Conference call 前一定要打好草稿,列出預(yù)期要講的事項(xiàng),并學(xué)會(huì)設(shè)想對(duì)方可能問(wèn)到的問(wèn)題,提前在腦子里過(guò)一遍。使用商務(wù)語(yǔ)言,簡(jiǎn)潔明了。電話會(huì)議最重要的目的是交流工作,所以要切忌使用深?yuàn)W、復(fù)雜的詞匯和句型。

二、商務(wù)英語(yǔ)口語(yǔ)之電話會(huì)議禮儀

1.Quiet Environment 安靜的環(huán)境

Make sure you are in a very quiet environment, this will make you hear everything clearly and keep the misunderstandings to minimum.

確保你身處一個(gè)安靜的環(huán)境之中,這將保證你能聽(tīng)到會(huì)議的全部?jī)?nèi)容,并且使得誤解減少到最低限度。

2.Being on Time 做到準(zhǔn)時(shí)

If you are the conference call leader, you want to start right on time, because the conferee may have other business to do. If you are a conferee in the call, be on time, you do not want to miss anything that might be important.

3.Using Telephone Technology 電話技巧

The mute button does wonders, the mute button should be used if there is a lot of background noise that you simply cannot control. Of course, make sure you know how to un-mute for when it is your turn to speak or answer a question.

靜音鍵可以起到驚人的作用,當(dāng)你周圍有一些噪音你沒(méi)有辦法輕易控制,你最好開(kāi)啟靜音鍵。當(dāng)然,當(dāng)輪到你發(fā)言或回答問(wèn)題時(shí),你要知道怎么解除靜音。

4.Keep on Topic 不要跑題

Do not fill the call with unnecessary talk. Keep to the point. Remember there may be several people on the call that have other pressing things to do.

會(huì)議開(kāi)始自我介紹、寒暄→切入正題、介紹會(huì)議主要內(nèi)容→按事前定好的發(fā)言順序發(fā)言→引導(dǎo)話題走向→討論會(huì)議重點(diǎn)→總結(jié)電話會(huì)議內(nèi)容。
