教材分析
本課是第14單元的第2課。本課是第四單元第二課,是一節(jié)聽力技能課(Skills-focus)。本課的話題是Interviews(面試),與第一課有一定的聯(lián)系。工作面試是中學生比較生疏的話題,因此通過上節(jié)一課的問卷調(diào)查,學生已找到適合的工作來導(dǎo)入話題,激活學生興趣,同時引導(dǎo)學生深入話題。工作面試是他們將要面臨的重要的事情,因此學生會非常的認真及感興趣。
本課是聽力技能課,教師要指導(dǎo)學生:1)能聽懂工作面試的功能用語,并學習運用。2)能運用taking notes 的聽力策略,從聽力材料中提取中心思想,使用信息網(wǎng)絡(luò)圖、關(guān)鍵詞和縮略語寫出重要信息,同時,要引導(dǎo)學生關(guān)注工作面試的功能用語,模擬面試對話,能夠用making short speeches 的口語策略,用恰當?shù)氖謩莺吐?lián)系副詞清楚地表達觀點,發(fā)展學生的語言交際能力。
本課共有兩段聽力材料,計劃按兩課時進行。第一課時聽第一段材料,了解工作面試的功能用語,學習一些和工作面試有關(guān)的詞組,并猜測詞匯,預(yù)測在工作面試中應(yīng)該做和不應(yīng)該做的事情。在聽力過程中關(guān)注功能用語,學會使用功能用來進行工作面試,并能根據(jù)所提取的信息進行再加工和自主表達。第二課時聽第二段材料,運用聽力策略,學會提取中心思想,使用信息網(wǎng)絡(luò)圖、關(guān)鍵詞和縮略語寫出重要信息,并關(guān)注工作面試的禮貌語氣。
本課詞匯學習的任務(wù)重,建議把練習1和2留做預(yù)習作業(yè)。理解大意后,在課堂中要引導(dǎo)學生關(guān)注面試的功能句和具體信息。
