1.首先我們需要說(shuō)明姓名或者說(shuō)明要找的人
I'd like to speak to John.我找約翰。
Is John in?約翰在嗎？
Hello!This is Emma calling for John.你好，我是艾瑪，我找約翰。
May I speak to John?我可以找約翰聊聊嗎？
Is John available?請(qǐng)問(wèn)約翰有空嗎？
2.如果我們要找的人暫時(shí)不在，如果沒(méi)急事：
Can I leave a message? 我可以留個(gè)話?
Will you please tell him to call me back later?你可以讓他待會(huì)兒給我回個(gè)電話嗎?
When will he be free?他什么時(shí)候有空？
3.如果我們要找的人暫時(shí)不在，如果有急事：
It's urgent.Could I have his mobile phone number? 我有急事，可以給我他的手機(jī)號(hào)碼嗎？
情況二：如果我們是接電話方。
1.接通后可以這樣回應(yīng)：
This is he. 我就是。記得女的要用 "This is she."

電話的自我介紹時(shí)可千萬(wàn)不要用I'm Emma
2.英語(yǔ)打電話問(wèn)對(duì)方是誰(shuí)，你可以說(shuō)：
May I have your name please?請(qǐng)問(wèn)您是哪位？
Who's that speaking?請(qǐng)問(wèn)您是哪位？
不應(yīng)該直接問(wèn)：Who are you?
3.接通了他人的電話，而他人不在身邊：
Sorry,he isn't in.抱歉，他現(xiàn)在不在這。
He's not available right now.Can I take a message for you?他現(xiàn)在不在這，需要我?guī)湍闵觽�(gè)口信嗎？
He's in the meeting.Would you mind calling back later?他在開(kāi)會(huì)，你待會(huì)兒可以再打回來(lái)嗎？
4.接通了他人的電話，他人在身邊：
Can I put you on hold?你可以稍等下嗎？
Hold on for a moment.請(qǐng)等一會(huì)兒。
5.接受對(duì)方留言時(shí)聽(tīng)不清楚, 希望對(duì)方重復(fù)：
Say Again, please? 再說(shuō)一次好嗎？
Can you repeat again, please? 能不能請(qǐng)你再重復(fù)一次？
Pardon? 請(qǐng)?jiān)僬f(shuō)一次。
6.打電話的人問(wèn)他要找的人何時(shí)回來(lái)：
In an hour.一個(gè)小時(shí)后吧。
I'm sorry. I don't know. 抱歉, 我不知道。
7.對(duì)方想要留言：
Of course. Hold on for just a second so I can grab a pen and paper. 當(dāng)然, 稍等一下讓我拿個(gè)紙筆。
8.對(duì)方打錯(cuò)電話：
Sorry,you have the wrong number.抱歉，你打錯(cuò)電話了。
sorry. I'm afraid you've got the wrong number. 抱歉, 恐怕你打錯(cuò)電話。

1.轉(zhuǎn)接電話：

2.找某部門(mén)的員工：
Hi!I'm looking for John in the engineering department.

3.接電話：
