1.Introduce the meaning and structure of simple past tense as w ell as related adverbial time phrases.
Meaning: Simple past tense refers to the action done or state existed in the past (e.g., a minute ago, yesterday, last week/month/year, etc).

2. Things to remember
1. Adding ?ed/-d to regular verbs causes pronunciation changes
ed在清輔音后在元音,濁輔音后在/t/,/d/音后

2. Introduce that regular verbs add ?ed or ?d to the base form to make the past tense form
